After working as an executive for a Fortune 500 company Jim became an accomplished entrepreneur, having completed 32 successful acquisitions across various industries. He has also authored two books, “The Accidental Entrepreneur” and “Finding the Angle.” He is a highly regarded professional in small business acquisitions and is considered a leading expert in the field.
Mike Shanahan
Partner and Chief Operating Officer
Mike has worked in the Partnership for 30 years and aside from handling acquisitions, he provides hands-on, practical leadership. He works with the operating companies developing the management teams and strategy.

With an MBA background Dan oversees the financial aspect of the partnership and it's operating companies. Dan also handles acquisitions and works on managing the operating companies and developing administrative process.
